Account Information

When you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use this strictly to create your account and identify you. We never see or store your Google password.

QR Code Data

Static QR Codes: Privacy is built-in. When you generate a static QR code, the data is encoded directly into the image within your browser. We do not store the content of your static QR codes on our servers.

Dynamic QR Codes: For dynamic codes, we store the target URL you provide so we can redirect users when they scan the code. We also store the customization settings (colors, logo, style) to render the code.

Analytics Data

When a dynamic QR code is scanned, we collect anonymous usage data to provide you with analytics. This includes:

• Time of scan
• General location (Country/City) derived from IP address
• Device type and operating system
• Browser type

We do not track individual users across the web or build profiles of people scanning your codes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transactions (if applicable)
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
